Purpose Statement

Harvest Hope Collaborative exists to expand access to mental health care by partnering with community organizations to integrate supportive services into their work. Through the use of low-cost providers, interns, and therapy dogs, we help create environments where emotional wellness is nurtured, healing is possible, and hope can take root. Our purpose is to empower communities to grow sustainable mental health resources that are accessible, compassionate, and grounded in connection.

Amanda Privitera

Amanda Privitera, LISW, serves as Vice President of the Board at Harvest Hope Collaborative, bringing over a decade of specialized experience in child welfare, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health. As a Clinical Specialist at Edge Counseling & Wellness and a Licensed Independent Social Worker at Blank Children’s Hospital STAR Center – Foster CARE Clinic, Amanda is a trusted leader in providing supervision and therapeutic services for
children and families navigating complex trauma.

Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and currently pursuing certification in EMDR, Amanda integrates evidence-based practices with a deeply compassionate approach. Her work is grounded in creating safe, supportive spaces where resilience and recovery can thrive.

In her role at Harvest Hope Collaborative, Amanda supports the vision of expanding access to community-rooted mental health care through innovative partnerships and sustainable programming. Guided by the values of Educate, Discover, Grow, and Empower, she is committed to fostering systems of support where healing is both accessible and lasting.

Audrey LeMasters

Audrey LeMasters, PhD, LCSW, serves as Secretary of the Board at Harvest Hope Collaborative, bringing over three decades of clinical, academic, and leadership experience to the organization. A dedicated Social Worker in the Peoria area since 1994, Audrey has worked across systems of care, always with a focus on trauma-informed support and community healing.

Audrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University, a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois, and a PhD in Academic Psychology. Her career spans child welfare, adult mental health, and clinical supervision, including roles within the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, OSF’s Partial Hospitalization Program, and the
University of Illinois College of Medicine.

In her role at Harvest Hope Collaborative, Audrey combines her deep clinical insight and passion for community-rooted care to help build accessible, sustainable mental health services. Guided by the values of Educate, Discover, Grow, and Empower, she supports the Collaborative’s mission to
expand hope and healing where it is needed most.

Kyle LeMasters

Kyle LeMasters is the Treasurer of Harvest Hope Collaborative. He has extensive experience in inpatient psychiatry and consultation-liaison psychiatry, and he is dedicated to educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a core faculty member in the Broadlawns-UnityPoint Psychiatry Residency, Kyle teaches psychiatry and family medicine residents, as well as medical students from Des Moines University and the University of Iowa. He currently holds the positions of Assistant Program Director and UnityPoint site director for the Psychiatry residency program.

In addition to his educational roles, Kyle serves as the Medical Director of both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health for UnityPoint Health and UnityPoint Clinic in the Central Iowa Region. In this capacity, he oversees a wide range of services, including inpatient care, consultation and liaison psychiatry, outpatient services, and psychiatric urgent care. His leadership and expertise make him an invaluable asset to both his clinical roles and the financial stewardship
of Harvest Hope Collaborative.

Lily is the service dog at Harvest Hope Collaborative, a gentle and friendly Golden Retriever who brings comfort and support to both clients and staff. With her calm demeanor and compassionate nature, Lily helps create a warm and soothing environment that promotes
relaxation and emotional well-being.

Her presence enhances the therapeutic experience, offering a sense of peace and security during sessions. Lily is an integral part of the team, making a positive impact on
everyone who encounters her.
